Canterbury City Council opts for Evolutive as they recognise the need for a specialist solution to their software needs:
Following an analysis of existing systems, the Local Economy team decided that it would be better to get a specific solution to meet their exact needs rather than to try and adapt a more generic piece of software. Evolutive's combination of CRM, enquiry handling, event management and property database functionality was seen as the perfect match to cater for their requirements.
The team also saw Evolutive as an opportunity to consolidate information from several older databases and start using one central system for the entire spectrum of their work.
