Gloucestershire First Case Study
Gloucestershire First is a countywide economic partnership established to maintain a sustainable environment in which businesses can flourish and grow.
They provide a free and confidential service to companies and organisations seeking to relocate within the County or intending Gloucestershire to be their new business location.
Gloucestershire First were using Inward Pilot to maintain their property register, record enquiries and client management for a number of years. Alcium Software also provided an on-line property search and enquiry recording facility on the Gloucester First website. After a short trial they decided to move to Alcium's web based Evolutive software.
"We chose the Evolutive system because we felt that it would help us enormously with our daily workload and deal with incoming enquiries more positively. The system also provides valuable facilities to assist us in maintaining relations with our long-term clients.
Gloucestershire First uses the Evolutive software for a wide variety of functions, including the handling of both land and property enquiries and client relationship management. The Evolutive Software allows us to tailor outgoing property reports to the personal requirements of our clients.
Gloucestershire First is looking to allow partners on-line access to information from the database in order to improve the free flow of market intelligence throughout the county. Ideally we hope to encourage greater involvement with many of our key local agents and developers as well in the longer term, to understand the shared benefits of using a centralised pool of data.

One of the most flexible features of the service is Alcium's willingness to adopt suggestions from existing users to create ongoing improvements to the product."
