Alcium Software is delighted to announce that it has expanded the use of Evolutive to a different sort of client; the Humber Education and Business Partnership.
The Humber EBP (Education and Business Partnership) provides an important service linking education and business across the four Local Authorities of the Humber Sub Region which includes the East Riding of Yorkshire, Kingston upon Hull, North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
They aim to work with a wide range of businesses to ensure young people are well equipped to join tomorrow’s workforce. They achieve this by:
• advising and supporting education in delivering a work related curriculum that develops young people’s skills, knowledge and attitudes for their future economic wellbeing
• providing a range of activities that enables business to actively engage in the development of its future workforce
The Humber EBP is using the system in a different way to the ‘traditional’ Evolutive client. Staff at the Humber EBP use the software to engage the public and private sector and manage communication between local businesses and education institutions.
To achieve this, they make full use of Evolutive’s facility to organise events, training days and student placements. Evolutive’s E-News module provides the ideal tool for the promotion of work related learning, work force development, work experience and the communication of how local employers are getting involved in the development of their future workforce.
Evolutive’s day to day management tool allows easy record keeping which then allows the auto-generation of the Young People’s Learning Agency’s (YPLA) quarterly and annual reports.
