Torbay Development Agency is now up and running with its new Evolutive software.
The Torbay Development Agency is the Economic Development Company for the Torbay region covering the three towns of Torquay, Paignton & Brixham. Charged with generating economic prosperity in the Bay, its key aim is to bring about the regeneration of Torbay and deliver the economic benefits to the whole community.

They conducted a comprehensive review of the market place.
