Event Management
The Event Manager has proved to be an extremely popular addition to Evolutive and
is now being used by marketing and event management teams all over the UK.
The module is a good example of bespoke development and was designed following a
specific request from one of our clients.
Evolutive allows events of any type to be created and any type of information can
be recorded including location, name, dates, contact details etc.
Once an event has been created, searches can be performed (and invitees identified)
by company details, contact details and by loyalty to previous events (example search:
who attended, accepted but did not attend event X?).
Other useful features include:
- Attendee emailing from the Event Manager.
- Batch tasks; for simultaneously updating the details of multiple attendees.
- Filtering by attendance criteria (e.g., declined or accepted).
- Category creation (fully searchable) for event attendees.
- Each event has its own task manager to record all associated information.
- Each event can be interrogated on any of the company or contact fields.
