Evolutive makes reporting easy by providing a simple interface for interaction between
the database fields and the sophisticated analysis tools.
State-of-the-art presentation templates can then be produced at the click of a button.
The combination of standard reports coupled with the ability to create and save
bespoke reports to exact personal requirements makes for straightforward reporting
and clear, professional results.
Standard reports allow rapid and convenient analysis of activities and are generated
using system controlled “wizards” which allow you to define the content, format
and output of each report.
The inbuilt Evolutive report writer allows template creation, giving "drag and drop"
access to all fields in the database.
Any data field (or combinations thereof) in any module of Evolutive can be searched
and reported against. For example:
- Enquiry reports provide complete analysis regarding the source of enquiries, their
requirements and the eventual outcome.
- Property reports include a range of registers and analytical analysis, identifying
availability of property by type and area.
Reports can be exported to Word, Excel, PDF, CSV or HTML.
