Unlimited telephone helpdesk or email assistance
We aim to close out all enquiries upon receipt of the initial call. All interaction is logged on our system. If an issue requires further investigation, it is alerted and further examined by our technical team as soon as possible.
Online help centre and system documentation
The Help module in Evolutive contains the full system manual, a series of helpful run sheets, new release notes and contact details for the Helpdesk.
System Upgrades
Evolutive is constantly refined to meet the on-going needs of our clients. We welcome any views on software enhancement for future releases of Evolutive and the annual licence ensures that you are up-to date with the latest version.
