Technical
As Evolutive is stored on a secure internet site; implementing, expanding and integrating
the system is quick and easy. This also means that Evolutive provides the ideal
platform for remote access and for sharing information with strategic partners.
Hardware Requirements
All that is needed to access Evolutive is access to the internet.
Implementation
Implementation plans are defined well in advance of an Evolutive 'live' date. Data
migration and training are carefully scheduled to ensure the transition runs both
smoothly and on time.
Security
Access to Evolutive is protected by a three tier log-in process consisting of username,
password and passcode. This identity not only acts as a security measure but also
ensures that each user is given view, edit and delete permissions appropriate to
their pre-defined status. Evolutive is a fully hosted and managed solution so access
to Evolutive is impossible without the appropriate codes. Other safety features
include a time-out facility and optional SSL authentification.
Data Migration
A dedicated project manager will arrange for the collection of your existing data
and the transfer into Evolutive. On all data migrations we ensure there is minimal
down time for your team.
Software Development
Evolutive is constantly refined to meet the on-going needs of our clients. We welcome
any views on enhancing the product for future releases of the product. We can also
offer bespoke development services for clients who have specific system requirements.
All development work is carried out by our team of permanent in-house developers.
Database Hosting
A fully managed hosting service, utilising top of the range servers in a secure
environment, is included with the Evolutive license. The hosting service is supported
by a service level agreement.
