3SQUARED WOWS APPLE WITH ITS FIRST GAME
Sheffield based software development company 3Squared has seen its first gaming application for the iPhone smash more than 100 downloads per day of the game Finger Ninja. Following the success, Apple spotted the game's potential and featured it on their front page in the "What We're Playing" section of the UK and US iTunes stores, showing that the application has even found favour with company insiders.
The game has rocketed to number 11 in the paid music game chart in the UK store and number 16 in the equivalent US chart.
The Knowledge Transfer Network are doing a series of events around the country so watch this space for news about one near here in the New Year.
YORKSHIRE INNOVATOR AWARDS 2010
The deadline for submissions for the Yorkshire Innovator Awards 2010 is 2 December so there's still time to put your company forward.
