Liverpool City Region LEP implement Evolutive
Published on Tuesday, 29 March 2016
Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership have implemented Alcium Software’s cloud based Evolutive Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for use across the LEP and the Local Growth Hub.
Liverpool LEP had a firm requirement to better coordinate support to businesses across the City Region by core organisations, particularly where projects are funded through European Regional Development Funding (ERDF).
The Liverpool City Region LEP works with its local public and private sector partners including Local Authorities, Chambers of Commerce and other Business Support organisations. This partnership of organisations have formed the Local Growth Hub to make it easier for local businesses to access business support. Partners include Liverpool City Council, Halton Chamber, Halton Council, Sefton Council, Wirral Council, Wirral Chamber, St Helens Council, St Helens Chamber, Liverpool & Sefton Chambers of Commerce, Knowsley Chamber, Knowsley Council and Liverpool Vision.
Evolutive provides the LEP and its partners with a shared CRM system allowing users to engage, interact and manage their relationship with businesses, inward investors and associated projects.
The city-region wide CRM provides a system for enquiry management, business support, job seeker management, integrated online property searches, events management, marketing and the tracking and monitoring of ERDF funded business support. Part of the process and implementation involved the mass migration of data from their previous CRM system, which had been used by the LEP for a number of years.
